Chuuk (Truk Lagoon)
Departing Guam, Chuuk is the first FSM (Federated States of Micronesia) that you arrive on. One of the biggest lagoons in the world. If you do not know Chuuk’s history, this is a good time to Google it for some heavy reading! There are more shipwrecks in this lagoon than any other place in the world. Chuuk diving is rated one of the world’s best dive locations. It is on every die hard divers Bucket List. Population of approximately 16,000 with all outer island of Chuuk State.
What is there to do there?

Sites to see:
Mt. Tonaachaw/ Wichon Falls, Chuuk Church, Xavier High School and Nefo Cave. Tonoas or Dubion Island, Fefan island, Eten Island, Picnic Island and Ant Atoll, Shark Island.
Dive Sites:
Shinkoku Maru, Fijikawa Maru, San Francisco Maru, Sankisan Maru, Yamagiri Maru, Susuki Subchaser, Heian Maru, Ant Atoll, Shark Island and many many more wrecks.

Pohnpei – Dive Micronesia Today
Pohnpei
The capital of the FSM. Pohnpei is known for its mystery; rainforests, tropical mountains, waterfalls, coastal mangroves and its island drink Sakau. Population is approximately 34,000 Pohnpeians.
What is there to do?
Hike, scuba dive, snorkel with Manta Rays, kayak the mangroves, rainforest hikes, waterfall swimming, ancient ruins exploring, pepper farm, handicraft village and more.

Kolonia, Pohnpei Lidorkini Musume, Nahnsehling Maritime Center, Old Spanish Wall, Catholic mission, old german cementary, Pohnpei State Botanical Garden, Polynesian Village Porakiet, Carving Spot, Sokehs island, Sokehs Mountain, Sokehs Rock overlook, Liduduhniap Falls, FSM Capital Complex, Pwisehn Malek, Sahwarlap, Pohnpei Agricultural and Trade School, Nan Madol, Kepirohi Falls, Takaiuh Peak, Pahnsile Waterfalls, Pohnpaip Petroglyphs, Pahntakai Cave and Waterfall.

Kosrae
Kosrae is an island with lush tropical rainforests like no other island. They are considered the jewel of Micronesia. Turquoise and tranquil seas, white sandy beaches and year round friendly people are sure to be seen in Kosrae. Naturalists will marvel at the diverse flora and fauna. Kosrae has three distinct geographic features: jungle, mountains and mangroves forests. Mountains are steep with the Sleeping Lady and rise to over 2000 feet above sea level.
People:
Kosraean are friendly and happy to meet visitors to showcase their island and language. Many women do light farming while men are out fishing daily. Church service is a large part of the community activities, cultural and social events.

Rainforest hiking, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, visit ancient ruins, surfing and shopping.

Village of Tafunsak, Tropical Breeze store, Lelu Ruins, Lelu Hill, Tofol, Kosrae Museum, Malem, Utwa, Walung Conservation Area, Utwa-Walung Marine Park, Utwa-Walung Mangrove Channel, Mt. Finkol, Menka Ruins, Okat Marina and the Sleeping Lady.
Dive sites:
Hiroshi Point, Lulu Current, Walung Drop off, Malem Reef Shelf, Blue Hole, Yela Harbor and Wall, Shark Island, Eagle Ray Wall and Mooring Buoy Reef Relief.
